1. Returns Eligibility

If you meet the following conditions, you are eligible to return an item within 30 days of receiving it:
✅ The item is unused, undamaged, and still in its original packaging.
✅ All accompanying accessories, manuals, and tags are included.
✅ You can provide proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt.

⛔ Full refund may not be granted for items that have been used, damaged, or are missing parts.

2. Items that Cannot be Returned

The items listed below are non-returnable:
1. Hygiene-related products (such as personal care appliances) that have been opened or utilized.
2. Customer-modified or repaired products.
3. Gift cards and digital items.
4. Items designated as final sale or non-refundable.

3. Steps for Initiating a Return

In order to return an item, kindly adhere to the following steps:

2️⃣ We will then issue you a return authorization number and provide you with detailed shipping instructions.
3️⃣ Make sure to securely pack the item and use a trackable shipping method when sending it back.
4️⃣ Once we receive and inspect the item, we will proceed with processing your refund or exchange.

Customers will be responsible for covering return shipping fees, except in cases where the item was received damaged or incorrect.

4. Process for Obtaining a Refund

Refunds will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within a period of 5-10 business days following the inspection of the returned item.

5. Exchanges
